Terms and Conditions
- There is a 30 day guarantee on workmanship. If any repair does not hold up within 30 days due to workmanship, I will repair at no charge. This guarantee of workmanship is subject to verification and of determination of cause; due to transit damage, customer wear and tear, or abuse. If verified cause is not from workmanship, price rates will apply.
- Coupon must be presented before work is done, and will be applied to invoice. Coupons are for residential work only. No coupons for commercial work, however specials may be available from time to time on website.
- Payments must be C.O.D for residential. (Zelle, check, cash or card).
- Commercial payments must be paid before 10 days. Late fee charges of $45.00 will be applied to each invoice not paid after 10 days.
- A $25.00 service fee will be charged for no one at home.
